NAGE and its federal union members received news of an important union victory today, as U.S. District Judge James Donato delivered a decisive preliminary ruling rejecting the Trump Administration’s attempt to silence and weaken federal labor unions under the pretense of national security.
Simply put, Judge Donato has blocked the current Administration from stripping you and your fellow federal workers of your collective bargaining rights.
Although the fight is not over, this decision is a significant step forward in protecting your rights, your voice, and your union. The Court affirmed what we’ve always known: that our fight to defend working people is both just and protected under the law!
NAGE will continue to stand firm against efforts to erode your rights as a federal employee. This win is not just a legal victory; it’s recognition of your courage, solidarity, and dedication to fair treatment on the job.
As updates are available on this issue, NAGE will provide them to you.
Thank you for staying united and engaged. Together, we will always rise to meet the challenge.
