The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) filed a “Consolidated Complaint and Notice of Hearing” against NUWC Newport management today for failing to negotiate in good faith with FUSE/NAGE Local R1-144, in violation of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.  The complaint resulted from an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) charge filed by the union in Feb.
