FUSE Negotiates Settlement for FY17 DEMO Pay Increases & Bonuses

FUSE / NAGE Local R1-144 successfully negotiated a settlement with NUWC Newport management that ended a stand-off over Incentive Pay increases and bonuses that began in May 2017.  The settlement ensures that over 2,000 FUSE bargaining unit members will receive the pay increases and bonuses they earned in Fiscal Year 2017. 

This agreement ensures that over $6 Million in pay increases (Continuing Pay - CP points) and bonuses (Bonus Pay - BP points) will be paid on time to over 2,000 FUSE bargaining unit members.  As always, FUSE is proud to be able to successfully represent our members and protect the full value of their pay increases and bonuses under the DEMO program.
